Gold Coast Airport services 4.5 million passengers per year, 380 domestic and international flights per week. The recent upgrade of passenger facilities at the airport has seen direct flights from all major Australian cities, including over 25 services from Sydney and 20 from Melbourne. The Gold Coast Airport is located 1 hour and 15 minute flight from Sydney Airport.
